Suspension, Handling & Braking

Suspension and Handling

With our race and track experience we can upgrade and adjust front and rear suspension geometry to achieve the right characteristics to suit the car and driver.

Under-steer, over-steer, bump-steer, castor, camber, tracking, bump and re-bound rates, corner weights (among others) - these traditionally ‘black-art’ areas can be tackled for the best results.

Brakes

When the E-Type made its debut it was a fantastic achievement for Jaguar. It was a very fast sports car but the major drawback was the braking system - fine in its day but not by modern standards.

We offer a full service for drum brake and disc brake systems, stripping and overhauling brake calipers, piston blocks, replacement cylinders and servos, discs, drums, renewing pipes etc to ensure the braking system is functioning correctly. With recent brake pad material advances it may not be necessary to fit oversize racing calipers and vented discs to achieve results.

We also upgrade systems (including FIA eligible) for track use.
