Engine Building

Our experienced technicians specialize in building strong, reliable and tractable engines with good all-round performance. From standard rebuilds using factory production components to full race ’blue-printed’ engines, we source the components and build the engine to suit the application.

Carrillo & Arrow con-rods, Venolia and Cosworth pistons, ARP fasteners, Total-Seal rings - we use top quality parts in our engine builds and work with the customer to achieve the best results for the budget available.

We offer the full service from engine out to engine back in, engine dyno running-in and power runs (road running-in if preferred) with final tuning and setting up on a rolling road.

We have a great deal of experience with Weber and SU carburettors and their set up and adjustments.

Crankshafts - grinding, balancing, polishing, tuftriding, cleaning

Blocks - boring, honing, re-linering, line boring, repairing, hot washing and de-scaling.

Cylinder heads - cleaning, skimming, porting, flowing, port matching, valves, guides, cam followers and guides, chamber matching and repairs.

We use trusted sub-contract machine shops and work with them to achieve the results we specify. All the rebuilding and blue-printing is carried out in-house by our experienced technicians.
